Refund Policy

Introduction:

We strive to provide the best services and products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

Refund Eligibility:

  • • Refunds are available for purchases made within 30 days.
  • • To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • • Digital downloads are non-refundable.
  • • Downloadable resources once accessed are non-refundable.

Process for Refunds:

  • • All payments are processed through Stripe, our secure payment gateway provider.
  • • To request a refund, contact us at contact.graphiXarts@proton.me with your order details.
  • • Once your request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • • If approved, your refund will be processed through GXA personaly, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • • If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • • If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact.graphiXarts@proton.me.

Exchanges:

  • • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at contact.graphiXarts@proton.me.
